If you're going Bludgeon on Hi Ninja, you're most likely using Tigrex Gloves which have ME1 at minimal cost since it has Bludgeon 2 and an L slot to go with it. There's not many great helmets (3-4 M slot equiv) for the build. Kaisers the normal go to, but CE3 doesn't do much here.
